A chart of accounts organizes the activities of any financial institution, be it a bank or an e-currency exchanger. It is a structured list of all company accounts where its transactions, revenues and expenditures are reflected.

The chart of accounts has flexible configuration and can be adapted to individual requirements of any business. Inside the chart of accounts the KoenigFinance platform allows you to create an unlimited number of accounts in different currencies. Client accounts can be held in multiple currencies too and are linked to the corresponding item in the chart of accounts. Various contact data can be associated with a customer's account and serve as the account’s identifier. This makes it possible, for example, to send a transfer using recipient’s telephone number or email instead of entering the account number.

Various reports can be generated based on the chart of accounts. They are basically standard, but can be expanded to suit the needs of your company.
